We strive to provide exceptional, in depth customer support when you need it.  Experts of both the badges and the analysis are just a phone call or email away.  And, for those who like to look up their information online, our new website has more information than ever before:  Technical blogs, instructional videos, and dynamic sampling guide.

To further enhance the experience, our SmartBadge App is here to generate all your lab request forms automatically, by recording your Assay Technology badge monitoring information on your mobile device.  In addition, you will have access to all your reports via our online portal 24/7.  Download the app for free from the Apple or Google Play stores.

In order for us to maintain being the best for you, and to continue to make the product improvements you expect from Assay Technology, we reluctantly have increased our prices.  This is not something we do lightly or often.  Our employee ownership staff is motivated to operate as efficiently as possible.   New pricing began September 1, 2018.  Despite this minor increase, you will find that we continue to be a tremendous deal.

If we offer your company special prices, the percent discount will continue to be applied to the new list price of our products and lab services. And, as always, the webstore discount of 10% per box will continue to be available.
