Even though the weather is getting back to normal, shipments to and from our facilities may have arrived later than expected.  Be sure to check tracking numbers and confirmation of receipts to determined the expected arrival of reports and packages.

Always keep in mind, couriers such as FedEx and UPS will accept a package, even when they know they are not going to deliver on time.  Delays due to weather are considered ‘Acts of God’, and no refunds will be given by the couriers (nor Assay Technology, Inc).
