One of the real joys of the holiday season is to express our sincere thanks for your loyalty and good will throughout the year. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with personal samplers and laboratory services in meeting your personal monitoring needs and look forward to continuing to work with you in the new year.
Please be aware that we will shut down most of our operations for several days in late December and early January in order to give our employees time with family and friends during the holidays. To help ensure your work requirements are met, please take a moment and review our holiday schedule:
- Dec. 21 through 25: CLOSED
- Dec. 26, 27, 28: Normal business hours
- Dec. 29 through Jan. 1: CLOSED
Normal business hours resume Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Samples shipped to arrive during our holidays will be stored by the carrier and will not be received by the lab until our return. Since some analytical methods have limited holding times, please plan your sampling events accordingly so that no holding times are exceeded.
Note that holiday closures will also affect the turnaround time for samples received at the laboratory for analysis during this timeframe, and the report due dates will be extended by additional days accordingly. For example, standard 6-business-day analysis due dates would be extended as follows:
- Samples received on 12/20/2023 will be reported by 1/4/2024
- Samples received on 12/26/2023 will be reported by 1/5/2024
- Samples received on 12/28/2023 will be reported by 1/9/2024
